The challenge:

Cities and municipalities face different challenges. Municipalities in metropolitan regions have too few land available, where it is necessary to quickly activate unused potential areas in order to create affordable living space. Municipalities in structurally weak regions are fighting against emigration and vacancies.

Our approach:

Our digital inner development system helps to sustainably reduce the use of land by identifying and activating potential development areas. It helps to protect ecologically valuable land. Therefore we have digitized the entire inner-city development process to meet the various challenges municipalities are facing . With our iPad App, development areas and vacancies can be identified, digitized and prequalified. Thereafter the development areas and vacancies are transferred online to a database which helps cities to qualify, activate and market the areas. Additionally it provides the municipality with valid, up-to-date data and location information in a map.

Our results

i.e. In 3 years the city of Hanau activated more than 13 potential areas and developed 600 apartments.

Our status:

In Germany we have 500 out of 11.300 municipalities as customer. Our digital system is perfectly scalable across the EU. At present we´re expanding the system to Austria and plan further expansion into EU this year. (Latvia, Croatia, Switzerland)
