VOXELGRID has developed a hard- and software solution which digitizes existing buildings from scratch by walking through them. For that we use our own technology with integrated laser scanners and automatic material recognition. We patented the process and now we create high quality point clouds and 2D CAD plans, cheap (2D plan for € 0.90 / m2) and fast (up to 10,000 m2 per day). In addition to the 2D plans, VOXELGRID also supplies the digital twin of the building as a point cloud and 3D models for BIM in real estate.
